BACKGROUND:
The City has implemented several interior improvements to City Hall as part of the larger Government Center Rehabilitation Project. The next phase of work, which includes the installation of ballistic glass in the lobby and remodeling of the employee break room, will complete the planned interior renovations at City Hall. Future phases of the broader Government Center Rehabilitation Project will include remodeling the Commission Chambers building, enhancing the exterior breezeway, and improving the courtyard plaza.

Staff has reviewed their submittal, their references and performance on jobs of a similar scope and value, and finds them to be acceptable.
