BACKGROUND:
The promotion of Captain Frederick Hofer is to fill the vacant position created by the retirement of Captain John DiCintio. The promotion of Sergeant Daniel Noordeloos to Lieutenant is to fill the vacant position in the Patrol Section. Captain Hofer will serve as our Support Services Division Commander and Lieutenant Noordeloos will serve in our Patrol Section.
