BACKGROUND:
The City entered into an agreement with SunGard Public Sector, LLC for ONESolution Public Safety and Justice/OSSI software license and maintenance services ("Agreement") on October 27, 2016. Subsequent to the Agreement, SunGard Public Sector, LLC merged with Ramundsen Public Sector, LLC, and the City executed a Consent to Assignment Agreement on April 13, 2017. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City and SunGard Public Sector, LLC for ONESolution, Public Safety and Justice/OSSI Software License and Maintenance Services provided for an extension of the software license and maintenance services to expire on September 30, 2018, and acknowledged the name change to Ramundsen Public Sector, LLC d/b/a Superion, LLC, which was approved December 14, 2017 ("Amendment No. 1").
DISCUSSION:
The parties desire to amend the Agreement and Amendment No. 1 to provide for a renewal of the ONESolution Public Safety and Justice/OSSI Software License and Maintenance Services for one (1) year until September 30, 2019, acknowledge the renaming from Ramundsen Public Sector, LLC to Superion, LLC, update the "Project Cost Supplement," attached as Exhibit "B," and include Exhibit "B-1" to update the list of software and reflect new license fees, maintenance costs, and professional services installation and configuration costs.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
