BACKGROUND:

The City of Coconut Creek is in the process of preparing Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the collection of solid waste and recyclable materials generated by the residents and businesses in the City. 

DISCUSSION:

The City desires to retains the services of David S. Dee, Esquire of the law firm of Gardner, Bist, Bowden, Bush, Dee, LaVia & Wright, P.A. to provide consulting services with regard to the preparation of Requests for Proposals and resulting agreements for the collection of solid waste and recyclable materials generated by the residents and businesses in the City.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this Resolution.
