BACKGROUND:
The promotion of Sergeant Henry Cabrera to Lieutenant is to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Lieutenant Robert Wehmeyer. The promotion of Officer Joseph J. Jahrsdoerfer to Sergeant is to fill a vacancy created by Sergeant Cabrera’s promotion. Lieutenant Cabrera and Sergeant Jahrsdoerfer will serve in the Patrol Services Section.
