BACKGROUND:

For the last thirteen years, the Parks & Recreation Department and league coaches have nominated and selected recipients for this award based on teamwork and portrayal of good sportsmanship throughout the season. This year there were over 225 participants in the 2018 Coconut Creek Boys’ Basketball Program.

The recipients of this year’s Mayor’s Award are:

•                     Ages 8 and Up - Brendan Rubin

•                     Ages 10 and Up - Cameron Valvo

•                     Ages 12 and Up - Brandon Lynn

•                     Ages 14 and Up - Keith Habberfield 

•                     Ages 17 and Up - Vladimir Agenor
