BACKGROUND:
The Commission shall, as the first order of business, reorganize, in accordance with Section 302(a) of the City Charter, after the seating of newly elected Commissioners, or, in years where there are no newly elected Commissioners, at the first Commission meeting subsequent to the second Tuesday in March, provided at least four (4) members are present.
