BACKGROUND:

Michael Cernech, City Manager of the City of Tamarac and President-Elect of the Florida City and County Management Association (FCCMA), will present the City with a certificate of recognition for its 40^th Anniversary of operating under the Commission-Manager form of government on behalf of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA).
