BACKGROUND:
In an effort to reward citizens for exceptional service, the Police Department’s General Order #54, Recognizing Outstanding and Courageous Performance, was implemented to formally recognize acts of unusual, outstanding, or courageous performance. The Police Department would like to honor Mr. Jesus Leal with the Samaritan Award for his outstanding and courageous service on November 20, 2016.
