BACKGROUND:
At the September 19, 2016, Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC) Meeting, staff distributed a workbook containing the minimum eleven areas of review for the Incentive Plan Strategies (IPS) Report. The workbook will be used to facilitate the discussion for each area of review. Items (a) through (c) were reviewed at the October 3, 2016, meeting, and discussion will continue with items (d) through (k).
