BACKGROUND:
Section 309 (a) of the City’s Charter states that, the Commission shall meet regularly at least once in every month, and that the Commission may cancel any meeting(s) upon a vote taken at any prior regularly scheduled meeting. November 27 falls on Thanksgiving and December 25 is Christmas.
