A MOTION TO APPOINT A DIRECTOR, ALTERNATE, AND SECOND ALTERNATE TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT ANY 2023-2024 BROWARD LEAGUE OF CITIES BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS.

BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the Broward League of Cities By-Laws, each city shall appoint a Director, Alternate, and Second Alternate to attend and vote at any Board of Directors or General Membership meetings held where he/she represents his/her municipality.
The term will begin June 17, 2023 and will end in May of 2024. The deadline for board appointments is May 15, 2023. The 2022 appointees were as follows:
Delegate - former Commissioner Becky Tooley
Alternate - Mayor Joshua Rydell
Second Alternate - Commissioner Jackie Railey
