BACKGROUND:
Americans have celebrated National Parks and Recreation Month during the month of July since 1985. During National Parks and Recreation Month, the City’s Parks and Recreation Department is planning various activities and events to encourage people to explore City parks and enjoy the different services that the Parks and Recreation Department has to offer.
