For Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26), the NEG Program has allocated a budget of $195,000 to fund neighborhood improvement projects.

DISCUSSION:

The Tall Trees Homeowners Association has submitted a request for $10,800.00 in matching grant funds for a beautification project that will add five hundred and forty (540) clusia hedge plants to the landscape buffer adjacent to Lyons Road.
