BACKGROUND:
This is a ceremonial procedure to introduce Police Officers Alexander Lukianov and Emmanuel Torres-Carrasquillo to the City Commission and residents.
Police Officers Lukianov and Torres-Carrasquillo were hired to fill open, budgeted positions. They will begin their 16-20 week Field Training Officer rotation before being assigned to a patrol team.
