*A MOTION APPOINTING A PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEMBER TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE (AHAC).

BACKGROUND:
On April 25, 2019, the City Commission adopted Resolution No. 2019-102, which appointed eight members to the AHAC, in accordance with Section 2-255 of the City’s Code of Ordinances and Section 420.9076, Florida Statutes, also known as the SHIP Act. The AHAC membership may also include a member of the Planning and Zoning Board, pursuant to the SHIP Act. This action will appoint a Planning and Zoning Board to the AHAC, which will be affirmed by the City Commission at its May 23, 2019, Regular Meeting.
