BACKGROUND:
First observed in 1872, Arbor Day is an annual observance that celebrates the role of trees in our lives and promotes tree planting and care. The City of Coconut Creek will share this tradition this year with the members of North Broward Preparatory School through a tree planting ceremony to be scheduled later this year.
