BACKGROUND:

The existing recycled plastic railing on the Sabal Pines Park Boardwalk was installed over ten (10) years ago and has degraded to a point where it needs to be replaced. On January 29, 2023, the City issued Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. 02-28-23-12 to contract with a qualified general contractor to replace the recycled plastic railing on the Sabal Pines Park Boardwalk. The project consists of removing the existing recycled plastic railing and replacing it with a stainless steel cable railing system.
