A MOTION TO RESCHEDULE THE DECEMBER 10, 2020, REGULAR CITY COMMISSION MEETING TO DECEMBER 3, 2020.

BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the Section 309(a) of the City’s Charter, the Commission shall meet regularly at least once in every month and may cancel any meeting(s) upon a vote taken at any prior regularly scheduled meeting.
It is anticipated that the November 26, 2020, Commission meeting date, which falls on the Thanksgiving holiday, and the December 24, 2020, Commission meeting, which falls on the Christmas Eve holiday, will be canceled.
The December 10, 2020, Commission meeting date falls on the first night of the Chanukah holiday. Therefore, in order to keep the continuity of the City’s operations during the holiday season, it is recommended that the December 10 meeting date be rescheduled to December 3, 2020, at 7 p.m.
