BACKGROUND:
The City supports increasing awareness and understanding of mental illness, and promoting appropriate and accessible services for all people with mental illnesses.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is hosting their fifth annual “Walk for Mental Health” event on November 11, 2017, at Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek beginning at 9:00 a.m. and invites residents to come out to this event.
