BACKGROUND:
The Florida Police Chief’s Association (FPCA) recognizes police officers below the rank of Chief for exceptional lifesaving acts. These acts often involve the officer placing their own life in jeopardy, as was the case with Police Sergeant Brian Mullin on February 3, 2021.
