BACKGROUND:

The Officer of the Year, Detective of the Year, and Civilian of the Year Awards recognize a sworn police officer, detective, and civilian employee for their outstanding performance and dedication in the performance of their duties throughout the year. The Police Department is proud to recognize Police Officer Alexander A. Lukianov as the 2025 Officer of the Year,  Detective Cheri J. Stabile as the 2025 Detective of the Year, and Thomas C. Marullo as the 2025 Civilian of the Year.
