BACKGROUND:
The promotion of Sergeant Chris Markland is to fill a vacancy created by the promotion of Captain John Leonard. The promotion of Sergeant Fred Hofer is to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of Lieutenant Timothy Bradshaw.
Lieutenant Chris Markland will serve as a patrol lieutenant for Team 3 on the daytime shift. Lieutenant Fred Hofer will serve as the lieutenant of the Training Unit and Street Crimes Unit.
