BACKGROUND:
Captain John Leonard has proudly served the City of Coconut Creek for the last 33 years. During his tenure, he has held the positions of Public Safety Officer Trainee, Public Safety Officer I (police), Public Safety Officer II (dual certified police and fire), Sergeant, Lieutenant, Criminal Investigations Commander, SWAT Team Commander, Operations Bureau Commander, and Special Operations Bureau Commander.
Corporal Dominic Papa has proudly served the City of Coconut Creek for the last 37 years. During his tenure, he has held the positions of Reserve Officer, Public Safety Officer Trainee, Public Safety Officer I (police), Public Safety Officer II (dual certified police and fire), Detective, Corporal, SET Supervisor, SWAT Team Member, MAGTF Officer, Patrol Team Leader, and Detective Corporal.
John and Dominic’s talents, expertise, institutional knowledge, and dedication are unparalleled and will truly be missed.
