BACKGROUND:
In accordance with Section 302a. of the City’s Charter, Lou Sarbone was elected Mayor on March 12, 2020, by Resolution No. 2020-062. Staff would like to recognize Mayor Sarbone for his dedicated service during the past year, including his leadership during the unprecedented events of the COVID-19 pandemic.
