BACKGROUND:

The Coconut Creek Police Department (CCPD) and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) are criminal justice agencies recognized by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

DISCUSSION:

This agreement allows for the sharing of information.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
