Sandra Novoa, Town of Surfside Town Clerk and Florida Association of City Clerks (FACC) South District Director, will present Deputy City Clerk Bowers with the CMC designation certificate and pin.
The CMC program is designed to enhance the job performance of the Clerk in small and large municipalities. To earn the CMC designation, a Municipal Clerk must attend extensive education programs.
