BACKGROUND:
The promotion of Sergeant Scott Slavin to Lieutenant is to fill the vacant position created by the promotion of Lieutenant Fred Hofer to Captain. The promotions of Police Officers Brian Mullin and Francis McManus to Sergeant are to fill the vacant positions created by Sergeant Slavin and Sergeant Noordeloos’ promotions to Lieutenant. Lieutenant Slavin will serve in the Department’s Office of Professional Development and Excellence and Sergeants Mullin and McManus will serve in the Patrol Section.
