BACKGROUND:
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 10-11-23-11 is to establish a contract for new sound systems at the Community Center.
DISCUSSION:
On September 9, 2023, solicitations were electronically sent through the eBid System to potential vendors. One (1) responsive submittal was received from Stage Pro Audio Corporation DBA Stage Digital Advisors. The submittal was evaluated based on the criteria listed in the RFP by the selection committee consisting of Todd Edge, Public Works Project Manager; Lenore Thomas, Parks and Recreation Superintendent; and Justin Zeller, Public Works Electrician. The selection committee unanimously agreed that Stage Pro Audio Corporation DBA Stage Digital Advisors is capable and qualified to supply the equipment and perform the scope of services for the ABC Rooms, Teen Activity Room (TAR), and Gymnasium at the Community Center. The initial contract term shall be for one (1) year (or until completed, whichever is later), with the right to extend the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
