BACKGROUND:
On July 30, 2026, the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Proposed Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document was submitted to the City Commission.
DISCUSSION:
This resolution will adopt the City’s proposed CIP for FY27 through FY31 pursuant to Section 602 of the City Charter.
The proposed FY27 through FY31 CIP is available for inspection: 1) online at www.coconutcreek.gov/proposed, 2) by contacting the City Clerk Department at (954) 973-6774, or 3) in-person at the Coconut Creek Government Center, 4800 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
