BACKGROUND:

This item was continued to a date certain of April 23, 2026, at the April 9, 2026, City Commission Meeting.

In accordance with Section 309(a) of the City’s Charter, the City Commission may cancel any meeting upon a vote taken at any prior regularly scheduled meeting.
