BACKGROUND:

On July 27, 2023, the Proposed Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) Budget and Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document was submitted to the City Commission. The CIP was presented to and reviewed by the City Commission at the Budget Workshop held on August 7, 2023.

DISCUSSION:

This resolution will adopt the City’s proposed CIP for FY24 through FY28 pursuant to Section 602 of the City Charter, with the following amendments as authorized by City Commission during the Budget Workshop held on August 7, 2023:

The Proposed FY24 through FY28 CIP is available for inspection online at www.coconutcreek.net/budget, by contacting the City Clerk Department at (954) 973-6774, or in-person at the Coconut Creek Government Center, 4800 West Copans Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
