DISCUSSION:

For Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26), the NEG Program has a budget of $195,000 to fund neighborhood improvement projects. The 2803 Victoria Village Condominium Association has submitted a request for $6,566.69 in matching grant funds to enhance community safety and security from the NEG Program, with a total project cost of $13,133.39. The program guidelines provide a maximum reimbursement of $10,000 for eligible security projects.

Certain records relating to security systems for this agenda item are exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Section 281.301, F.S., and Section 119.071(3)(a), F.S., and have, therefore, not been included in this agenda item. However, City staff has thoroughly reviewed all grant documents to ensure compliance with City requirements.
