BACKGROUND:
The mission of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience is to connect individuals, businesses, and private non-profits with Small Business Administration disaster assistance programs and improve disaster recovery outcomes and economic resilience by helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against disasters of all types. With the recent storms in Florida, the SBA is asking to make this presentation so that the City can assist in sharing the information with our business community.
SBA Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience Public Affairs Specialists Timothy D. Watson will present disaster programs for Broward County.
