BACKGROUND:

The City of Coconut Creek desires to continue to employ the services of Terrill C. Pyburn, as City Attorney, pursuant to Article IX, entitled “General Provisions,” of the City of Coconut Creek City Charter.

DISCUSSION:

The attached amendment extends the term of the Amended and Restated Agreement between the City and Terrill C. Pyburn for a period of six (6) years to July 6, 2032 and clarifies that pension and retirement benefits include 457 catch-up provisions. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this resolution.
