BACKGROUND:

As part of the development of the Texas Roadhouse project, within the El Dorado Plaza, water infrastructure was installed. The water infrastructure was constructed per City standards and specifications and is now being dedicated to the City. The utility easement to be transferred to the City is more particularly described in Composite Exhibit “1.” The wastewater infrastructure was previously developed for the property within an existing Utility Easement.

DISCUSSION:

The City is committed to ensuring continuity and expansion of utility services, as well as efficient and effective customer service. The developer, at its expense, has designed and constructed water infrastructure to serve the Texas Roadhouse project and to be an integral part of the City’s system. These facilities were designed and constructed per City standards and are now being dedicated to the City.
