BACKGROUND:
Broward County has been working on a comprehensive redevelopment plan for the northern portion of Tradewinds Park. They had planned to complete the work with a design-build contract; however, they were unable to reach an agreement with the contractor. For that reason, Broward County is taking the project on as an in-house design project. Mehrdad “Mike” Fayyaz and Dan West, on behalf of Broward County, will share information about the proposed improvements to Tradewinds Park.
