BACKGROUND:
For several years, the City has used multiple software solutions provided by CentralSquare Technologies, LLC. In an effort to streamline documentation and clarify the current licenses and services delivered to the City, the parties entered into a Master Agreement with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC (Single Source) on June 24, 2021, which was retroactively effective October 1, 2020. The Master Agreement provides that an ordering document representing a value of $50,000 or more must be formally authorized via resolution of the City Commission.
Currently, the City must purchase ONESolution MCT Client Digital Dispatch licenses to support the Dispatch Communication Center transition to Coral Springs Dispatch scheduled for October 3, 2022. In addition, Tablet Command Interface licensing and services are being purchased for Fire Department reporting as well as additional ONESolution MFR reporting licenses necessary for Police Department licensing compliance.
DISCUSSION:
This Amendment No.1 adopts a new Exhibit 1-1, "Cost Summary," that summarizes all the current products and services that the City has historically purchased, as well as provides for all the new purchases, including but not limited to ONESolution MCT Client Digital Dispatch licenses for Police (113) and Fire (10) to support our City's Dispatch Communications Center transition to the City of Coral Springs Dispatch.
