A PRESENTATION RECOGNIZING MONARCH HIGH SCHOOL BOYS TENNIS TEAM PLAYERS COREY CRAIG AND TAI LE FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS IN TENNIS DURING THE 2022 SEASON.

BACKGROUND:
Corey Craig and Tai Le are Monarch High School seniors and members of the Monarch Boys Tennis Team. On April 12, 2022, Corey and Tai placed first in the doubles competition, and Corey placed first in the singles competition, qualifying them both for the State Championship in Altamonte Springs. At the State Championship, Corey and Tai advanced to the quarterfinals for the State Doubles Championship, but unfortunately did not move forward (they fell 4-6, 5-7). Corey won four matches to make him the State 4A Champion.
These two students exemplify outstanding teamwork and a commitment to excellence. Corey Craig will be attending Boston University, majoring in Business. Tai Le, who is ranked 5th in the Senior class, will be attending Florida State University, majoring in Psychology.
Congratulations to these young students on their successes! The City wishes them all the best in their future endeavors.
