A MOTION TO APPOINT A DIRECTOR, ALTERNATE, AND SECOND ALTERNATE TO ATTEND AND VOTE AT ANY 2024-2025 BROWARD LEAGUE OF CITIES BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS.

BACKGROUND:
In accordance with the Broward League of Cities By-Laws, each city shall appoint a Director, Alternate, and Second Alternate to attend and vote at any Board of Directors or General Membership meetings held where he/she represents his/her municipality.
The term will begin May 4, 2024 and will end in May of 2025. The deadline for board appointments is April 11, 2024. The 2023 appointees were as follows:
Director - Mayor Joshua Rydell
Alternate - Commissioner John Brodie
Second Alternate - Commissioner Jeffrey Wasserman
